Remove all of the vacuum lines that are marked with a red dot and the 2 VSV valves.

Here is a better picture of the other VSV and vacuum lines that are on top of the motor.

Remove the intake pipe that has the reed valves inside.

Use a screwdriver to remove the 2 screws that hold the butterfly on. Make sure that you use the right size screwdriver or you will strip them, and then you will have to drill them out.

Open the case where the reed valves are and remove the reeds plate, then put the cap back on using the existing gasket.

At this point you can ether:

1. Wire open the actuator arm, so that it wonít rattle.

2. You can remove the shaft and tap the hole and fill it with a screw.

Remove the 3 vacuum lines and run a new hose for the BOV. Cap the 2 vacume line that run to the back of the motor

Run a new line from the charcoal canister to the nipple on the intake pipe (marked with the red dots). Take the wire harness on the right and zip tie it next to the firewall. (marked with the red dots)

Note the new hose running for the BOV and the hose going from the wasegate VSV to the intake pipe (if you have a boost controller you donít need to run this vacuum hose you can just plug the nipple and remove the wasegate VSV valve). Also notice the cap that I put on the nipple in the middle of the Y pipe.

Now go underneath the car and remove the engine shroud cover. Under the turbos you will see the actuator. Remove the C clip that holds the actuator arm onto the valve. Remove the 3 bolts that hold the actuator. And remove the actuator.

I made a custom bracket to hold the valve open. If you need one please Email me†mailto:matthew@zeroz.biz

Thatís it you are now in TTC mode.
